Welcome to Kavanor R/E (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) establish the rules for accessing and using the Site, its materials, and services. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes a Public Offer. By accessing or using the Site, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1.3. Modifications to the Agreement

The Site Administration reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes take effect three (3) days after publication of the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1. User Obligations

Users must refrain from taking any actions that:

Violate the laws of Georgia or international law in the field of intellectual property, copyright, or related rights;

Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site, its systems, or services;

Infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.

2.2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Site are protected by copyright and related rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Site content is strictly prohibited.
For lawful use of any materials, the User must obtain prior written permission or conclude a licensing agreement with the respective copyright holder.

2.3. Citing Site Materials

When quoting or referencing Site materials, including copyrighted works, the User must include a direct and active hyperlink to the Site.

2.4. User Content

Comments, feedback, or other user-generated content published on the Site must not violate Georgian law or generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.

2.5. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content, security, or operation of such external resources. Users follow these links at their own risk.

2.6. Limitation of Liability

The Site Administration is not liable for:

Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Site;

The accuracy or legality of information, products, or services from third-party resources linked on the Site;

Any direct or indirect consequences of User reliance on Site materials or external links.

2.7. Advertising

The Site may include advertising materials. The Site Administration is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, reliability, or consequences of interactions between Users and advertisers.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Georgia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi.

3.2. Relationship Between the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or any other form of legal relationship between the User and the Site Administration, unless expressly provided herein.

3.3. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3.4. No Waiver

Failure by the Site Administration to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of its rights to enforce such provisions in the future.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full.
